If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased with SWINNIS, irrespective of the reason, you can return them without the need to provide any explanation whatsoever within 3 labor days from the date of delivery.
In order to return your goods, simply notify SWINNIS of your intention to return them. To do so, please contact us by email at email@example.com, informing of your decision to withdraw your order through an unequivocal statement.
After notifying SWINNIS, please return the goods to us along with the purchase receipt within 3 labor days. As soon as SWINNIS receives the goods, SWINNIS will make a refund in the form of “PURCHASE CREDIT” within the next 5 working days of receipt of merchandise.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain the refund until we receive the Goods or until the customer provides proof of having returned the goods.
3 Common provisions for returns
You may only return purchased goods:
-That are unwashed and unworn (excepting reasonable wear and tear as a result of checking and trying on the Goods);
-That are complete; and
-That have all tags on.
